Any attempt to defraud ClickCounters.com or any of it's affiliates is grounds for immediate termination. All credit card information is stored in an encrypted database. Upon submitting this form your CC number will be immediately encrypted and sent that way to our server. Our Server will decrypt the number, process the billing and then re-encrypt the number for storage in our database. Although a Credit Card field is displayed on this form it is not necessary to complete the registration process. If you intend to advertise within our network payment must be made to establish a positive balance in your account before any media campaign may go live. Please note that there is a $50.00 setup fee for Advertisers only. Payment may be made by Check and or Wire. These details are available in our Tax Forms page. Publishers do NOT need to establish credit.
